13^th Dec 04. Chairman of London Manston Airport plc writes letter to Chief Exec of TDC.

14^th December 04. Chief Executive of Thanet District Council (TDC) receives above letter explaining the details regarding 16 flights per week returning to Manston between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00 during the summer schedule (April to September).

15^th Dec 04. The same document was presented to the Manston Airport Consultative Committee with a deadline of 12:00 16th Dec for responses to CE of TDC.

16^th Dec 04. The cabinet of TDC met to discuss, and authorise, the flights.

17^th Dec 04. The Chief Executive writes a letter to the CE of Canterbury City Council (CCC). (sent by email)

20^th Dec 04. Councillors and Officers were informed by TDC that an extraordinary meeting of the full council had been called for the 13^th January ‘to ratify the cabinet’s recommendation on the summer flight schedule at Manston’.
