Date : 20th December 2005 Dear Member/Officer EXTRAORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING Will Members & al1 Officers please note that it has been necessary to call an Extraordinary Meeting of the Full Council. The Chairman of the Council has agreed that the extraordinary meeting will take place on Thursday, 13th January 2005. the meeting will commence at 7.30 pm and will take place In the Council Chamber at the Thanet Council Offices, Margate. The meeting of the Cabinet which is due to be held on the same evening will now commence at 5.30 pm. The meeting has been called in order for the Council to make an adjustment to the Council Tax Base figures for 2005/2006 and to ratify the Cabinet's recommendation on the summer flight schedule at Manston Airport. The agenda for this meeting will be sent out on Tuesday, 4th. January 2005. Please amend your diaries accordingly, Yours s!ncerely
